Do you have a tracking number for my order?
Unless you have specified that you would like tracking, I am unable to provide a tracking number. I will always check if you need tracking when making a custom order OR you will see the postage options if ordering via the online store.

Unfortunately, tracked post is a lot more expensive - starting at $18 vs stamped post at $1, and I am therefore unable to digest this cost on smaller orders.
My package hasn't arrived yet and I do not have a tracking number for it?
Post is one of my biggest nightmares in business (yes I actually lose sleep over it!). It can unfortunately be incredibly unreliable with some items arriving in lightening timing and some taking over a month. Sadly, the postage is out of my control as soon as it leaves my hands.
If in the unlikely event that your post has taken over 3 weeks to arrive, please contact me and I will work out an alternative solution for you.
How long should my post take?
The below text is taken directly from Canada Post's website linked here. (Data copied at 8:37 am MST on October 24th, 2023) However please note these times are just a rough estimate and have been known to fluctuate massively, sometimes taking up to a month to arrive.

FOR STAMPED LETTER MAIL

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

Two business days for local mail

Three business days within the province

Four days for national mail
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Regular mail to the U.S.A.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.

Regular mail to an international destination

The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is four to seven business days.
