This in no way commits you to an order, instead it just opens up the conversation so that you can find out if we can help you create the item(s) that you're looking for.

I WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24HRS (BUSINESS DAYS)
Depending on the complexity of your request I will either organize a phone call to go through the details OR send you some example ideas with pricing.

YOU DECIDE IF YOU'D LIKE TO PROCEED
I request a 50% deposit if you'd like to proceed with the piece. Once the deposit is paid I will send you the first draft proposal.

DESIGN REVIEW
You confirm what you like/don't like until we have reached a design that you're 100% happy with.

PRODUCT CREATION
The final agreed-on design goes into production (all done here in house). It is at this stage that the remaining payment is due.

SHIPPING/COLLECTION
Your finished items are ready for shipment/collection.
