3D & 2D Architectural Renderings

Using SketchUp and Photoshop, I create 3D and 2D renderings to help clients decide on finishes and enhance real estate marketing packages. Here are some examples of my architectural rendering work.

Airlie Carpentry

Our brand design project for Airlie Carpentry. Collaborative and meticulous, we crafted a logo and extended the brand identity across various touchpoints, from business cards to clothing branding.

Azure Properties Group Publications

Before diving into J Bliss Design full-time, I was the Design & Marketing Manager Azure Properties Group. After transitioning to freelance work, I remain closely connected to Azure Properties Group, continuing to produce their creative materials.

Bliss Interiors Website

Bliss Interiors needed a website upgrade to bolster their online presence. Collaborating with Julie, I created a clean and easy-to-navigate website that reflects their fluid design style and showcases their past work effectively on both mobile and desktop devices.

Camp Claire

One of my most enjoyable projects re-creating a summer camp experience. We crafted a logo, designed medals, and created team t-shirts to add a special touch to the event.

Celtic Fest Competition Material

Celtic Fest Vancouver required a poster and social media assets for their competition with Air Canada. I carefully planned the space to include all necessary information without overshadowing the sponsors, resulting in a clear and balanced design.

Christmas Race Medals

VIRC needed a race medal for their 12kms of Christmas event that could double as a Christmas decoration. Using my new engraver, I added fine details to the medals. The race pack included medals, magnets, and a race bib, which I donate to VIRC as a sponsor.

Coronation Place Marketing Materials Package

Coronation Place, a new townhouse development in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, needed a full branding package. I created the brand identity, marketing materials for online and print, and a website for this real estate development project.

EQ Quest Branding

New company EQ Quest wanted to create a strong brand for their future print and online materials. They hired me to design a logo and develop their brand, as well as create editable Canva and PowerPoint templates.

Far Across The Foam Branding

Living full-time in their van, Far Across the Foam gained a significant social media following after a viral video. They approached me to strengthen their brand presence. I created a logo, brand guide, stickers for their van and promotions, and a book template for their upcoming van build book.

ISSC Awards Plaques

I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Vancouver GAA team, ISSC, to craft their year-end awards. Together, we designed plaques and keyrings within their budget and timeline. The keyrings added a touch of whimsy to select joke awards, while the plaques were reserved for the winners. Each award featured a detachable base and faux leather wrapping. To preserve the intricate crest details and colours, I opted for inset vinyl stickers due to laser engraving limitations.

Ivy Hotel Sustainability Leaves

The Ivy at Verity, a distinguished Toronto hotel, enlisted my expertise to craft sustainability promise presentation items for their beds. With their text and branding as my guide, I designed options, ensuring each piece was meticulously sealed to prevent any residue on fresh bedsheets.

Lodestar Branding Package

Rachael from Lodestar Coaching needed a professional brand presence. She initially planned to design her own logo but decided to seek help after seeing my previous work. After an initial call to discuss her vision, I presented logo options and made live adjustments during a collaborative session, helping her achieve the refined brand identity she was looking for.

Oz Man Plumbing

Nick from Oz-Man Plumbing needed a branding package and a website with SEO work. After an introductory call, I developed several brand look options and refined them based on his feedback. Once the brand design was finalized, I created a website for Oz-Man Plumbing to enhance their online presence.

Plantd Tradeshow Booth

I designed and developed Plantd Skincare’s trade show booth from concept through to completion, creating a cohesive display that was practical, portable and reusable. Alongside designing the larger printed elements and preparing the production-ready files for local printers, I made several of the wooden product displays and the custom iPad stand in-house.

Tom Crean Production Graphics

Assets creation for the theatre production of Tom Crean, including social media assets, posters, and a program, to effectively promote the show across multiple platforms.

VIRC 5km Race Pack

For the 5th anniversary of the Vancouver Irish Running Crew, I was tasked with creating race packs within a set budget. They envisioned medals, coasters, and keyrings. To maximize resources, I devised a medal that doubled as a coaster post-race. It was a joy to see my creations in action, as I personally awarded runners their unique medals upon completion.
